Since 1987, the Hellenic Centre for Photography has been organizing the annual exhibition “Young Greek Photographers” as part of the Athens Photo Festival. In tune with today’s needs, the program expands its horizons beyond a mere exhibition event and is now regarded as a platform for presentation, education, networking, and parallel activities, all aimed at benefiting young artists.

Festival Returnees
It’s always so rewarding to see YGP Talents alumni return with work in the Athens Photo Festival’s official selection. In the previous edition of the festival, we were delighted to announce that we had 8 returnees selected for the Main Program. The participating artists were: Ioanna Sakellaraki, Katerina Tsakiri, Maria Mavropoulou, Maria Siorba, Ilias Lois, Vasilis Ntaopoulos, and Alexandra Riba.
